2009 COADE User Conference - This year's conference attracted a wide diversity of attendees from over 120 companies, visitors from more than 25 countries and 22 US states. The conference involved all COADE product categories and featured 60 courses. A 2009 Drivers of Success competition awarded three first-place prize winners with paid conference trips, hotel accommodation and travel. Six runner up personalized Apple IPod prizes were awarded to the runner up winners.

CAESAR II automated e-mail template – For the quickest and most efficient response to CAESAR II technical support inquiries, CAESAR II users can start an email using "Help>E-mail CAESAR II Support" option. This will populate an e-mail template with all of the basic information usually needed to solve problems. All the user needs to do is type the problem description at the top of the message and attach any necessary files.
